I’m a biker. Specifically, I’m a mountain biker. I climb mountains on my bike. I spend a lot of time on my Fezzari bicycles, and I use Strava to document my rides and to motivate me.
Citius. Altius. Fortius.
Faster. Higher. Stronger.
I love my time in the saddle. If even for just an hour each morning, I’m able to escape the world, and with the mountains around my house, I conquer the world, every day, before I even go to work. I’ve learned a lot on my bike about athletics, endurance, work, adrenaline, endorphins, competition, goals, accomplishment, and what it takes to be the King of the Mountain.
I’ve also learned that those same lessons learned in the saddle apply just as well to everyday life out of the saddle.
I’m convinced that most, if not all, life’s lessons can be remedied on a bicycle. This blog is dedicated to just that. Pushing myself to go Faster. Higher. Stronger. Finding the best routes. And discovering what is beyond that next mountain.
